We are currently hiring for a part-time (Baito) position, with the possibility of transitioning into a contract employee (Keiyakushain) role in the mid-term.
Job Description
Required
-A valid visa with at least two years of remaining eligibility from the date of your application. (Spouse and Permanent Visa holders are exempt from this requirement.)
-You must currently reside in Osaka.
-Remote work is not available.
-A strong passion for anime, games, Japanese pop culture, and trading card games (TCG) is highly valued and will be considered a major advantage.
-Being very comfortable using a computer and various online tools. (especially Google Sheets)
-Being capable of effectively using ChatGPT to support daily tasks.
Work include or could include
-Responding and resolving customer support tickets.
-Following established procedures and adhering to the company’s philosophy when handling customer issues.
-Reviewing and identifying potential fraudulent transactions.
-Maintaining effective communication with shipping carriers.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday : 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Includes a 1-hour lunch break
+ 15min morning break
+ 15min afternoon break
Salary
¥1,300 per hour
